摘要
目的探讨美托咪啶在全身麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法选取四川省眉山市彭山区血吸虫病防治站2015年6月—2016年6月收治的外科手术行全身麻醉患者600例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组300例。试验组患者于麻醉诱导前15 min静脉泵注美托咪啶,对照组患者泵注等量0.9%氯化钠溶液,比较两组患者麻醉前(T_0)、气管插管时(T_1)、睁眼后(T_2)、拔管时(T_3)与拔管后10 min(T_4)时平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)与血氧饱和度(SpO_2)水平,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果 T_1、T_3时试验组患者MAP、HR水平低于对照组,SpO_2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);T_0、T_2、T_4时两组患者MAP、HR及SpO_2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者麻醉期间MAP、HR及SpO_2水平变化较平稳,对照组在T_1与T_3时波动较大。试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托咪啶在全身麻醉患者中的应用效果佳,可减少患者MAP、HR及SpO_2的波动,减少不良反应发生。
Objective To investigate the application effect of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia patients. Methods A total of 600 cases of patients of general anesthesia surgery were selected from June 2015 to June 2016 in Schistosomiasis Control Station of Pengshan District in Meishan City,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,300 cases in each group. The experimental group was intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction of 15 min,control group was intravenous infusion of equal 0. 9% sodium chloride solution. The MAP,HR,SpO2 befor anesthesia( T0),at the time of tracheal intubation( T1),when open eyes( T2),at the time of extubation( T3) and after extubation of10 min( T4) were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results At the time of T1,T3,the experimental group of MAP,HR were lower than control group,SpO2 was higher than control group( P〈0. 05); At the time of T0,T2,T4,no statistically significant differences of MAP,HR or SpO2 was found between the two groups( P〉0. 05). During anesthesia,the experimental group of changes of MAP,HR and SpO2 were relatively stable,while the control group had larger fluctuation at the time of T1,T3. The adverse reactions rate of experimental group was lower than control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine has a good application effect in general anesthesia,it can reduce the fluctuation of MAP,HR,SpO2,and with less adverse reactions.
