摘要
矿井提升钢丝绳在工作过程中会经受各种载荷的作用。为了提高钢丝绳使用寿命,选择钢丝绳时应从钢丝绳结构形式、绳股形状、提升安全系数、提升机直径与钢丝绳直径的比值、钢丝绳的润滑和防腐等方面均衡考虑。合理设计提升系统参数和恒减速制动系统,均衡钢丝绳的拉伸、扭转和弯曲,达到延长钢丝绳使用寿命的目的。
Mine hoisting rope will be subjected to a variety of load in the course of the work. In order to improve the service life of mine hoisting rope When selecting the steel wire rope ,the structure form of the wire rope ,the shape of the rope strand ,the ratio of the safety factor,the di; meter of the hoisting machine and the diameter of the steel wire rope, the lubrication and the corrosion protection of the steel wire rope are considered. To achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the steel wire rope,rational design of hoisting system parameters ar d constant deceleration braking system, the balance of wire rope tension, torsion and bending are needed.
