摘要
目的探讨新入职护士多元化岗前培训方法及效果。方法将2015年48名新入职护士设为对照组,采用采用传统岗前培训模式;将2016年51名新入职护士设为实验组,采用多元化培训模式。评估2组护士理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、护士综合能力成绩,对比2组护士对岗前培训效果满意度。结果实验组新入职护士对岗前培训中教学内容、教学形式、教学评价满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组新入职护士理论成绩、操作成绩及护士综合能力成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化培训模式能有效地提高新护士理论、操作能力及护士综合能力。
Objective To evaluate the application of diversity training mode in pre-job train-ing for newly recruited nurses. Methods Totally 48 nurses recruited in the yea 2015 were set as the control group,witli routine pre-job training. Another 51 nurses recruited in the yea 2016 were selected as the study group,receiving diversity training mode in pre-job training. The assessmentresults of nursing theory,practice and comprehensive ability,as well as satisfaction degree on pre-job training, were compared between two groups. Results Nurses in the study group were moresatisfied with the contents, form,evaluation in pre-job training compared with those in the control group (P 〈0. 01). The assessment results of theory,practice and comprehensive ability in thestudy group were higher than those of controls (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Application of diversitytraining mode in pre-job training can improve the theory knowledge level,practice and compre-hensive ability of newly recruited nurses.
