摘要
目的观察督灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法将54例脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组28例予督灸治疗,对照组26例予普通针刺法治疗。2组均治疗3个月后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分、症状评分情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率65.38%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后FS-14评分及症状评分均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善FS-14评分及腰腿痠软、气短懒言、畏寒肢冷、倦怠乏力症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论督灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Governor moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome with yang deficiency of spleen-kidney syndrome. Methods 54 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome with yang deficiency of spleen-kidney syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group（ n = 28） was treated by Governor moxibustion. The control group（ n = 26） was treated by normal acupuncture. The clinical efficacy in two groups was evaluated after treatment 3 months,and the scores of Fatigue scale-14（ FS-14） and symptoms before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（ 92. 86%） was higher than that in the control group（ 65. 38%） with statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. The scores of FS-14 and symptoms after treatment were improvement in two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the improvements of the scores of FS-14 and symptoms including lassitude in loin and legs,shortness of breath and laziness to speak,coldness of limbs,lassitude and asthenia in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Governor moxibustion has exact effects on chronic fatigue syndrome with yang deficiency of spleen-kidney syndrome.
