摘要
目的探讨自愿学生组建的"小老师主讲组"教学法,提高学生与学生、主讲老师与学生之间的大课堂互动效果。方法结合TBL、PBL、"Sand Wich"教学方式,教学成果对我校2014年9月~2015年7月公选大课堂的1~4年级本科生370人,进行了两个时间点问卷调查(开课前和课程结束时)的收集,通过专业统计学分析,确认了此教学方法的优势和可行性。结果在健康、亚健康的认知方面,上课后比上课前的认知正确度明显提高;对环境的关注度,在上课后更强。在详细内容的了解程度方面,包括室内空气、室外空气、水、土壤四个方面的污染与人体健康,在上课后正确率人次明显高于上课前,不正确人次明显低于上课前(以上所有的P值<0.001)。结论教学成果显示此教学方法不仅提高了大课堂学生们的上课热情和课前知识准备的积极性;也显著提高了学生的主动分析及解决问题的能力;更提高了学生们对相关领域的认知能力,使学生能够更广泛、深入的掌握所学知识。
Objective To explore the teaching effects of volunteer students-based ＂Little Teacher Teaching Group＂ and to enhance the interactions between students and teachers in the classroom.Methods An integrated approach that combined the TBL,PBL,and ＂Sandwich＂ teaching was developed and practiced in the course of ＂Environment and Health＂for 370 class 1-4 students from September 2014 to July 2015.The teaching results were collected via questionnaire at two time points：Before the start of the course and at the end of the course.Data were analyzed using SPSS,confirmed the advantages and feasibility of this teaching approach.Results After learning from the new teaching model,the volunteer student group displayed increased awareness of what′s the health and sub-health condition and showed more concern on environmental pollution.In examination on the knowledge about human health and four different sources of pollution including indoor air,outdoor air,water and soil,their correct answer rate was significantly increased after taking the class（P〈0.001）.Conclusion The results showed that this new teaching model not only increased the learning enthusiasm of the students in the large class as well as in pre-class preparation,but also significantly improved the students′abilities in analyzing and solving problems,learning new knowledges in related fields,and broadening their view sights.
