摘要
近年来,高职院校生源质量普遍下降,新生个体差异加大,教学开展困难,培养目标难以实现。这种情况下,笔者拟结合分层教学理论分析和实证研究,寻找一条适合高职院校的教学新模式。
In recent years,the quality of students in vocational colleges has generally declined,individual differences between students have increased,it is difficult for teachers to carry out teaching and achieve teaching objectives. In this case,the author intends to combine the stratified teaching theory analysis and practical study so as to find a new teaching model for vocational colleges.
