特大型球团回转窑关键技术的开发与应用

Development and application of key techniques for the ultra-large scale pellet rotary kiln

摘要 针对鄂州球团有限公司出现的回转窑炉衬寿命短、局部容易破损的难题,结合炉窑运行过程中的技术改进,开发了回转窑控制结圈技术、炉衬材料技术、窑头及窑尾在线喷补技术,使窑衬寿命由3~6个月提升至24~26个月,回转窑作业率由原来的70%提升至98%。针对支撑结构存在着结构与材料的缺陷,开发了防脱落型保持条,解决了保持条的开焊脱落问题;同时,开发出滑动轴承座的密封技术,有效降低了支撑轴瓦润滑油的消耗量。 Aiming at the problems of short campaign and easy damage of the rotary kiln in Ezhou Pellet Co., Ltd., the techniques of controlling ring, lining material and online gunning at the hood or bottom of the rotary kiln were developed with the improvement of the operation process of the rotary kiln. These measures increased the campaign of the rotary kiln from 3 - 6 months to 24 - 26 months and improved the availability of the rotary kiln from 70 % to 98 %. At the same time, in view of the structure and material defects of the support structure, the anti-separation fixed article was developed, which solved the problem of the article welding off. The consumption of lubricating oil used for support bearing was effectively decreased by developing sealing technology of slide bearing cage.
