摘要
目的探讨股神经阻滞复合喉罩全身麻醉在股骨干骨折术中的临床应用。方法选取医院2015年2月至2016年8月收治的90例进行股骨干骨折术的患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组45例。试验组进行股神经阻滞复合喉罩全身麻醉的麻醉方式,对照组进行常规器官插管的麻醉方式。手术中,对患者的心率及心电图和血氧饱和度等指标进行相关的记录和比较,记录分析患者手术后发生不良反应的情况,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组在不同的麻醉方式下均顺利完成相关的手术。试验组麻醉效果显著优于对照组,苏醒时间及出现躁动的概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股神经阻滞复合喉罩全身麻醉在股骨干骨折术中的应用,能够在很大程度上降低临床麻醉过程中相关麻醉药物的用量,降低不良反应发生率,临床效果较好。
Objective To study the clinical application of femoral nerve block combined with laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures. Methods In our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were 90 cases of femoral shaft fracture patients as the research object in the course of the study,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two groups,each group of patients with femoral shaft fracture in 45 cases. Patients in the experimental group were treated with femoral nerve block combined with laryngeal mask anesthesia,while the control group was treated with routine organ intubation. During the operation,were recorded and compared relative to the patient's heart rate,heart rate and ECG and blood oxygen saturation index,recorded the adverse reaction analysis of patients after surgery,compared with the control group of patients with treatment. Results The patients in the control group and the experimental group were operated successful y under different anesthesia. Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the recovery time and the probability of restlessness were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Femoral nerve block combined with laryngeal mask anesthesia in femoral shaft fracture surgery during clinical anesthesia can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs related to a large extent,reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction probability,good clinical effect,with the further promotion and application significance.
