摘要
随机采取民和某饲料厂的仔猪颗粒料40份,进行常规的细菌分离培养,结果分离出金黄色葡萄球菌阳性菌株18株,阳性率高达45%(18/40),表明该仔猪颗粒料中的金黄色葡萄球菌带菌率较高,应引起有关部门的重视。
40 samples of foodstuffs were collected by random method in Minhe foodstuff factory. These samples were isolated and identified by routine bacterial isolation and culture technique. The results showed that 18 positive strains of Staphylococcus aureus were obtained,positive rate is 4 5 % （18/40）,which indicates that there is a lot of Staphylococcus aureus in the foodstuffs, the situation must be taken something seriously by relative government department.
