摘要
电磁流量计早在上个世纪50年代已经实现了广泛的工业化应用。本文主要针对电磁流量计在我公司真空制盐采输卤应用过程中,出现的一些故障、测量不准确等现象做简要分析,以及相关的解决办法与建议。主要针对我公司卤水输送管道结垢导致的测量不准确的现状,分析其成因,提出解决思路与方法进行探讨。
In the early last century 50 s, electromagnetic flow-meter has achieved a wide range of industrial applications. This paper, in view of the utilization of electromagnetic flow-meter in the vacuum salt making and brine exploitation in my company, which appear some faults and inaccurate measurements, briefly analyzes the phenomena, and provides relevant solutions and suggestions. This article mainly aims at,according to the inaccurate measurement of my company due to brine pipeline scaling, analyzing the causes, and puts forward the solutions and methods to discuss.
