Synthesis and characteristic of LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cathode materials

摘要 采用共沉淀-高温固相法制备LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2正极材料,利用XRD和SEM对所制试样的晶体结构和形貌进行表征,研究烧结温度对材料电化学性能的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度为850°C制备的材料具有较好电化学性能,在25°C,电压范围为2.75~4.2 V,1 C充电、6 C放电下、首次放电比容量为124.2 m Ah/g,50次循环后容量保持率为95.2%. LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materialswere synthesized by co-precipitation method and high temperature solid-state method.The crystal structure and morphologies of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively.The effects of sintering temperature on the electrochemical properties of the composites were studied.Theresults show that the material calcinated at 850 ℃ exhibits the best electrochemical performance, when cycled at 25 ℃ under 1 C charged and 6 C discharged in the voltage range of 2.75-4.2 V, the sample deliversan initial discharge specific capacity of 124.2 mAh/g with capacity retention rate of 95.2 % after 50 cycles.
