摘要
近些年,精装修住宅的快速发展,已经成为房地产业最重要的经济支柱,随着政府的不断重视,居民的逐渐认可,精装修住宅已经成为居民置业的重要选择。但是随着精装修住宅规模的不断扩展,产生的问题也随之而来,其中最主要的,就是客户交付后出现的精装修维修与用户期望的效果之间的矛盾。文章通过对精装修住宅的维修问题的研究,探讨出一套提高精装修住宅维修的管理方法和评估模型,从而便于相关单位对精装修住宅维修的管理,确保客户对精装修维修的满意度。
In recent years, the rapid development of residential decoration, has become the most important pillar of the economy in real estate industry. With the continuous attention of the government, residents gradually recognized, refined decoration housing has become an important choice of home residents. However, with the constant expansion of the refined decoration residential scale, the problems also arise,and the most important is the contradiction between the refined decoration repair and the expected effect of the customers after the delivery.Through the study on the maintenance quality of refined decoration housing, to explore a set of methods to improve the management and evaluation model of refined decoration residential maintenance, which is convenient for the relevant units to manage the refined decoration residential maintenance, ensures the customer's satisfaction of the refined decoration maintenance.
