摘要
有着"千年扶胥,丝路黄埔"美名的广州黄埔区坐拥众多历史文化资源.在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中尚存在不足:政策落实和规划指引有待整合;基础设施和配套建设有待完善;资源投入和人才保障有待加强;海丝文化产业发展力度有待加强.为此,应积极探索"海丝文化"资源活化利用新形式:把握发展机遇,完善规划组织统筹;整合优势资源,打造特色旅游品牌;加强遗产保护,扩大"海丝"宣传影响;促进产业发展,壮大现代临港经济.通过上述措施,擦亮"海丝文化"品牌,主动参与21世纪海上丝绸之路建设,可极大推动黄埔区经济文化产业发展.
Huangpu District of Guangzhou which has been praised as famous as the Millennium Fuxu Silk Road has many historical cultural resources. At present, Huangpu District has deficiencies in the construction of twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road; the implementation of the policy and planning guidelines remains to be integrated; the construction of infrastructure and facilities needs to be improved; the guarantee of resources and personnel should be strengthened; the speed of Maritime Silk Road culture construction needs to be accelerated. Therefore, we should actively explore new forms to activate the Maritime Silk Road culture resources and make full use of it as follows ： grasp the development opportunities, improve the control of planning and organization ; build distinctive tourism brand by integrating advantaged resources; strengthen heritage protection ; expand the propaganda and effect of the Maritime Silk Road;promote the development of relative industry and the growth of modern port economy. Through these measures, polishing 44 Maritime Silk Road^ brands and participating in the construction of twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Route forwardly can greatly promote the development of economy and culture industry in Huangpu District.
