摘要
内燃机车噪声污染对司乘人员工作环境和外界环境有很大影响.为了解噪声特性,确定影响噪声的主要因素,利用噪声与振动分析系统对某型号内燃机车外场以及司机室进行噪声测试,获得不同档位下机车外场和司机室各测试点的噪声声压级和振动加速度数据.通过数据分析可知:机车工况对外场测点的中高频噪声影响较大,且外场噪声受冷却扇影响明显;司机室内的噪声主要由机车壁板振动和外界噪声源共同作用引起.
The diesel locomotive noise has a great influence on staff′s operating environment and the outside ambience.In order to understand noise characteristics and confirm the main factors affecting noise,utilizing noise and vibration analysis system,a noise testing of the outside ambience and cabin has been done for a certain type of diesel locomotive.Sound pressure level and vibration spectrum of each test point under different working conditions have been gained by noise and vibrationanalysis system.Through the analysis of the data it is clear that the changing of working condition of locomotive exerts a comparatively great influence upon the mid-and-high-frequency noise of the test points of the outfield,and the outfield noise is affected by the operating of the cooling fan.The noise of cabin is mainly produced by juxtaposition of vibration of locomotive wall and external noise source.
