摘要
对农村公路管理机构设置情况、养管职责落实情况和资金到位情况等方面进行了论述,结合"四好农村路"政策,在健全农村公路管理体制与养护运行机制方面,以传统体制为依托,分析改革现状和存在问题,并提出解决措施,积极探索和促进新体制发展。
This paper discusses the situation of the establishment of rural highway management institutions,the implementation of custody duties and the situation of funds in place. Combining with the policy of＂four good rural road＂,in the aspect of perfecting the rural highway management system and the maintenance operation mechanism. Analysis of the status quo and problems of reform,and propose measures to actively explore and promote the development of new systems.
