摘要
协同理论指导教学尽管已经在国内开展了大量尝试和应用,但协同理论指导下的高校专业实验教学模式研究相对较少。食品科学实验教学对学生的创新创业能力提升至关重要,协同理论指导实验教学有利于建立开放共享的高校食品科学专业实验教学环境,使教育教学可持续化,全方位满足校、企、师、生的利益需求。协同理论指导下的食品科学实验教学模式多维度实现,需要在专业教师队伍、实验与实践环节、专业知识模块、教学方式与方法、德育与智育等多个维度展开。
Although synergy theory has been widely experienced and applied in guiding teaching activities around the whole nation,study of synergy theory applied to experimental teaching mode in colleges and universities is rarely reported. Professional experimental teaching plays a vital role in promoting students' capacities of innovation and entrepreneurship. With the guidance of synergy theory used in experimental teaching of food science discipline, it is beneficial for the building of open and shared experimental teaching environment in food science discipline among colleges and universities. So the teaching activities can become more sustainable on the one hand,and on the other hand,it is adequate to satisfy the different demands among universities, companies and students. In order to realize the multi-dimensional experimental teaching in food science discipline guided by synergy theory,the following aspects are necessary to be coordinated and cooperated together,including the teaching faculty,experimental and practical teaching section, professional knowledge teaching section,teaching methods and approaches,traditional moral and intellectual education and so on.
