摘要
为了克服聚丙烯酸酯类结构胶在粘接强度和韧性方面的不足,本文以端羟基聚丁二烯、酸酐、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、异氰酸酯等为原料,通过多步有机合成反应,分别制备出了数种含有可聚合双键的反应型聚丁二烯,并对其化学结构进行了表征;然后将改性剂加入到聚丙烯酸酯类结构胶中,探究了改性剂种类及添加量、酸酐种类及用量、异氰酸酯种类等多种因素对不同基材粘接性能的影响。研究表明,不同基材对改性剂的选择性不同,改性剂的化学结构及其与结构胶的相容性是影响粘接性能的关键因素。
A series of reactive functionalized polybutadienes containing unsaturated double bond, which were prepared by stepwise reactions of HTPB with acid anhydride, glycidyl methacrylate and isocyanate in sequence and characterized, were added into the polyacrylate structural adhesive system to facilitate the adhesive performance. The eEffects of various factors including the type and contentthe dosage of acid anhydride and isocyanate in the synthetic process of the modifiers as well as the added amount of the modifiers on the adhesive performance were studied. The rResults illustrated that different substrates had different selectivity ofor the modifiers, and the chemical structure of the modifiers and the compatibility betweenof modifiers and in the structural adhesive played an important role forin the adhesive bonding performance.
