摘要
俄语信息资源是"中蒙俄经济走廊"战略实施的重要知识引擎,智库团、学术界也需要其作为科研、学术研究的参考资料。文章立足于"中蒙俄经济走廊"战略的俄语信息资源需求,结合黑龙江省各图书馆俄语文献馆藏与共享现状,从文献资源采购、回溯建库、数字资源建设等方面对其建设工作提出些许建议,旨在提高俄语信息资源建设水平并将其推向社会、服务社会。
Russian information resources play the role of knowledge engine in building the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor（CMREC）.Think tank group and academia also need its reference material for scientific research and academic research.Established in the need of Russian information resources of CMREC strategy,taking the library storage of Russian literature in Heilongjiang Province and its current sharing situation into consideration,some suggestions are put forward for its construction work from the aspects of literature resources procurement,retrospective bibliographic database and digital resources construction.This paper aims to improve the construction of Russian information resources and to promote it to the society and serve the society.
