摘要
在分析传统锚杆生产方式和国内外现有锚杆生产线的现状和不足的基础上,指出以加工工序为核心的锚杆生产方式无法大幅提高生产效率,提出了一种面向物流生产组织的单元式柔性组合锚杆自动生产线组织形式,它以锚杆的转运、定位为核心,辅以不同的加工设备可组合成不同的锚杆自动生产线。研发了步进转移装置、喂料机构、转运机械手等锚杆转运、定位关键设备,对单元式柔性组合锚杆自动生产线的结构布局和控制系统方案进行了说明,并阐述了单元式和模块化的思想。依据此方案为某锚杆生产厂设计了符合其生产工艺的锚杆自动生产线,通过实际生产证明,该生产线具有安全稳定、布局灵活、生产率高等优点。
On the basis of the analysis of the present situation and the shortcomings of the traditional processing of the anchor bolt production and the domestic and foreign existing automatic production line of anchor bolt, it is pointed out that the production efficiency of the anchor bolt cannot be improved greatly by the way of the production process as the core. A kind of automatic production line of unit-typed flexible combination which is Logistics Oriented Production organization is put forward. It takes the transportation and positioning of the anchor bolt as the core, it can be combined into different automatic production line of anchor bolt with different processing equipment. The key transportation and positioning equipment of anchor bolt such as the step transfer device the feed mechanism and the transport manipulator is designed. The layout and control system of the automatic production line of unit-typed flexible combination is described, and the idea of unit-typed and modular is expounded. According to this scheme, the automatic production line of anchor bolt is designed to meet the production process for a company. By the actual production it is proved that the production line,has the advantages of safety, stability, flexible layout and high productivity.
