摘要
提出了一种基于PC+EtherCAT的机床改造方法,采用该方法对数控车床CAK6136进行了改造,具体的内容包括:机械系统、电气系统的改造,数控系统软件开发,以及参数设置和调试。硬件上采用工控机及相应组件,基于模块化编程的思想在TwinCAT2环境下开发了开放程度很高的数控系统,开发的数控系统软件模块包括:模式选择模块,译码模块,运动控制模块等,经改造后的机床运行稳定,能满足加工精度要求,成功解决了原数控机床系统结构封闭,性能不稳定,故障率高的问题。
Amethod based on PC+EtherCAT/s proposed, thetransformation object is anumericalcontrol lathe, which model is CAK6136, specific content includes: the transformation of mechanical system and electrical system,development of CNC system software, parameters setting ,and debugging.Adopting IPC and other hardware components, a highlyopennumerical control system based onmodular principles is developed by TwinCAT2, system software modules consist of operation seletion module, decoding module, motion control module and so on. After transforming, the machine tool works well, meet the machining accuracy, successfully solving the problem of original machine tool's closed system structure, instability, and high malfunction rate.
