摘要
开祥化工厂在shell气化炉运营的过程中,由于气化炉中蒸汽换热器E-1306和十字支撑积灰出现了多次突发停车事件,使气化炉使用寿命、正常运营受到严重影响。依据实际情况,探讨了积灰形成的原因,从而对生产工艺进行调整,大幅降低了突发性停车带来的损失。
In operation process of Shell gasifier in Kaixiang chemical plant,several sudden stop events occurred as a result of ash deposition of steam heat exchanger E 1306 and cross supporting in gasifier,which seriously affects the service life,normal operation of gasifier.According to the actual situation,the causes of ash deposition are discussed to adjust the production process,which greatly reduces the losses caused by the sudden stop.
