摘要
通过对比改性水玻璃酯硬砂工艺和传统的CO2水玻璃砂工艺、呋喃树脂自硬砂工艺的工艺特点和主要的影响因素,可以发现,采用改性水玻璃酯硬砂工艺可以大大降低铸件的气源性缺陷,提高旧砂的再生率,显著提高铸件质量,降低了生产成本,同时,提高了劳动生产效率,改善了环境污染,具有较大的推广价值。
Through the comparison of process characteristics and main influencing factors of modified sodium silicate bonded sand technology,traditional CO2 sodium silicate sand process,and furan resin sand process,it can be found that the modified sodium silicate bonded sand process can greatly reduce the source of casting defects,improve the regeneration rate of old sand,significantly improve the casting quality,reduce production cost,at the same time,improve production efficiency and environmental pollution with great popularization value.
