摘要
综述了甲醇制低碳烯烃技术的发展现状,重点介绍了反应中所用的催化剂和反应器,汇总了甲醇制低碳烯烃技术的产业化进展。指出,我国具有自主知识产权的甲醇制低碳烯烃技术已达到国际领先水平,但仍需优化催化剂的性能、研究设计出更理想的反应器、提高产品的选择性和收率;同时,甲醇制低碳烯烃项目已形成产业化规模,发展过于迅速,国家需要引导甲醇制低碳烯烃产业循序渐进、科学合理地发展。
The development of methanol to low-carbon olefins is reviewed.The catalysts and reactors used in the process are introduced.And the industrialization progress of methanol to low-carbon olefins is summarized.The technology of methanol to low-carbon olefins with independent intellectual property rights in China has reached the international advanced level,but it is a must to optimize the performance of the catalyst,design a more idealreactor,improve the product yield and selectivity.At the same time,methanol to low-carbon olefins projects have formed the scale of industrialization with repaid development.It is requisite for China to guide the scientific and rational development of methanol to low-carbon olefin industry step by step.
