摘要 为了满足多样化的建筑使用功能,建筑上部需设计成小空间、下部设计成大空间的带转换层结构,但这样会导致结构竖向刚度不均匀,出现刚度突变,受力变形复杂,因此需要根据具体工程,采用安全的转换层结构来实现上下结构形式的变化.结合东莞市绿地商业广场的前期方案,针对于带高位转换层的结构进行整体抗震性能,以及结构等效侧向刚度的变化对抗震性能影响的研究.运用现有技术,对结构建模进行整体受力分析,对分析中存在的问题提出解决措施,同时为以后的设计施工过程提供借鉴依据.结构研究主要是通过振型分解反应谱分析方法,运用PKPM有限元分析软件对结构布置的安全性与合理性进行验算. In order to meet the diversified use of the building function, the upper part of the building needs to be designed into a small space, the lower part of the design with large space with a transfer layer struc- ture. But this may lead to the uneven structural vertical stiffness and sudden changes in stiffness. There- fore, according to the specific project, a safe conversion layer structure is used to achieve the upper and lower structural changes. In this paper, the seismic performance of the structure with the high level con- version layer and the equivalent lateral stiffness of the structure are studied. By using the existing technol ogy, ,the structural force of the overall force is analyzed, and the solution to the existing prollems is pro- posed. It can provide reference for the future design and construction process. The safety and rationality of the structure arrangement are also checked by PKPM finite element analysis software, which is mainly through vibration spectrum decomposition reaction spectrum analysis method.
