摘要
职业体育诚信缺失现象严重,体育信用体系建设势在必行。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对社会信用体系的多种模式进行梳理,以期为职业体育信用体系建设提供参考和借鉴。研究认为:会员制模式适合于我国职业体育的实际情况。构建职业体育信用体系的举措应包括:以职业体育从业人员和职业体育俱乐部为征信对象;构建黑名单信息处理系统;以行业立法配合于政府立法的协同治理等。
In professional sports lack of integrity has become a serious phenomenon,and the construction of sports credit system is imperative. Through the literature and logical analysis of the social credit system this paper sorts out a variety of models,with a view of professional sports credit system to provide references. The study holds that the membership model is suitable for the actual situation of China＇s professional sports,it constructs professional sports credit system with details include： professional sports practitioners and professional sports clubs for the credit object; the establishment of blacklist information system. And finally it puts forward the concept of cooperative governance with industry legislation to cooperate with government legislation.
