摘要
以内蒙古某矸石电厂的CFB灰为原料,采用石灰石烧结法提取氧化铝,开展了关于石灰石煅烧和熟料溶出的正交实验,确定了优化条件,并通过碳酸化分解法制备了氢氧化铝晶体,煅烧生成了α-氧化铝。
The fly ash was collected from a ganque power plant in Inner Mongolia Province of China. The limestone sintering method was selected to extract alumina from CFB fly ash. The orthogonal experiment was designed for clinker calcined system and alumina dissolution conditions, and the optimal condition was confirmed based on the experimental results. After that, aluminum hydroxide crystals were successfully synthesized via carbonate decomposition method. Andα-Al2O3 was obtained from the calcined aluminum hydroxide.
