摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗肋骨骨折伴血胸的临床效果及对凝血功能的影响。方法:选取接受治疗的肋骨骨折伴血胸患者150例,按随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组75例,其中对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组患者进行血府逐瘀汤治疗,记录两组患者的相关临床数据,包括治疗有效率和凝血功能的变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后的TT进行对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后FIB、D-D进行对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于肋骨骨折伴血胸的治疗,采用血府逐瘀汤能够获得显著疗效,改善患者的凝血功能,缩短住院时间。
Objective：To explore therapeutic treatment the clinical effect of fractured ribs with hemothorax and its influence on blood coagulation function. Methods： 150 cases of patients with rib fractures with hemothorax, according to the method of random Numbers will be divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group, the control group patients with routine therapy, observation group of patients with therapeutic treatment, record the related clinical data of two groups of patients including treatment efficient and blood coagulation function change. Results： the total effective rate after treatment, observation group is higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）;Hospitalization time, observation group is shorter than the control group（P〈 0.05）;The TT is compared, the observation of the treatment group than the control group（P〈 0.05）;After treatment, comparing the FIB, D - D group is lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： for the treatment of fractured ribs with hemothorax, using therapeutic can obtain remarkable curative effect, improve the patient＇s blood coagulation function, shorten hospitalization time, can be applied clinically.
