摘要
目的:分析风险管理对血液科护理安全的影响。方法:选择某院2015年1月-12月120例患者为对照组,采用常规护理;2016年1月-12月120例患者为观察组,采用风险管理进行护理。对比两组患者护理满意度和护理不良事件发生率。结果:观察组患者护理满意度为94.17%,明显高于对照组的71.67%,对照组不良事件发生率为7.50%,高于实验组的1.67%。结论:在血液科护理中进行风险管理,有利于减少不良事件发生,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the effect of risk management on the safety of hematological care. Methods：120 patients from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected for routine care in the control group. 120 patients in January 2016 to December 2016 were treated with risk management for the observation group. Nnursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse care events in the two groups were compared. Results： The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.17% significantly higher than that of the control group 71.67%. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.50% lower than that in the control group 1.67%. Conclusion： Risk in hematological care Management, is conducive to reducing the incidence of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
