摘要
高职高专公共卫生管理专业是培养基层公共卫生人才的重要渠道。为适应卫生改革发展要求,大力开展公共卫生管理专业人才培养模式改革探索。该文总结分析某医学专科学校实践经验,从人才培养方案、课程体系、教学内容和手段、实践教学和师资队伍建设等方面,对公共卫生管理专业人才培养模式改革进行了探讨。
Higher vocational education is the main channel of public health management professional training base personnel of public health. In order to adapt to health reform and vigorously carry out public health management professional training mode reform, on the basis of practical experience of one medical college, this paper proposes discussions into public health management personnel training mode reform from the aspects of talent training scheme, curriculum system, teaching content and methods, practice teaching and construction of teachers and etc.
