摘要
中国与经济合作组织开展多边合作,符合提升"一带一路"建设水平的要求。该组织成员国政治经济局势比较稳定,与中国开展合作的愿望比较强烈,在工业化和基础设施建设方面具有比较明显的合作需求,自由贸易进程取得明显进展,可以成为中国开展多边合作的合理选项。为把合作潜力化为现实,还需要开展发展规划对接,多领域合作相互促进,增强合作的紧迫感,加强安全建设合作。
Multilateral cooperation of China and economic cooperation organization meets the requirements of promoting construction lev- el of One Belt and One Road. The political and economic situation of its member states are stable, and desire of cooperation with China in industrial and infrastructure？ construction is strong and obvious. The development in free trade is obvious so that it can become the reasonable choice of multilateral cooperation. In order to realize cooperation, we should develop planning and joint; promote coopera- tion with each other in many fields ; strengthen sense of urgency and security construction in cooperation.
