摘要
观察电针疗法联合膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者尿动力学的影响。采用试验性研究方法,将60例患者随机分为对照组和试验组各30例,对照组采用常规膀胱功能训练进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用电针疗法进行干预,对比治疗前和治疗1个月后两组患者尿动力学指标及临床疗效。治疗后试验组最大膀胱容量、膀胱排尿压力、残余尿量改善优于对照组;两组临床疗效比较,试验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电针疗法联合膀胱功能训练能有效改善脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的尿动力学指标,具有良好的疗效。
To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with bladder function training on urodynamics in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.To use experimental research methods,the 60 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases of the control group were received the basic bladder function training, 30 cases of the test group were given electro-acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.After 1 month, the urodynamic indices and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.After treatment, the maximal bladder capacity, bladder voiding pressure and residual urine volume of the test group were better than those of the control group.Compared with the control group, the test group was more effective and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Electro-acupuncture combined with bladder function training can effectively improve the urodynamics of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, and can get a good effect.
