阐述了某二次再热机组的设计优化方案,并对设计优化项目进行了节能分析,优化后的厂用电率设计值为3.47%,供电煤耗设计值为263.0g/(kW·h),为同类机组设计优化提供参考。
An introduction is presented to the design optimization of a 1 000 MW ultra supercritical double-reheat unit, together with an analysis on the energy-saving effect of the optimization items. The design values of auxiliary power consumption rate and power supply coal consumption have been reduced to 3.47% and 263.0 g/(kW·h) respectively, which may serve as a reference for design optimization of similar units.
