摘要
基于超越对数随机前沿分析方法,运用2010~2014年21个地区动漫企业面板数据,从知识产权创造、运用和管理三个能力维度剖析了知识产权能力对动漫企业创新效率的影响,以及外部知识产权保护在创新效率提升中的作用。结果表明,知识产权创造、运用和管理能力对企业创新效率改进具有显著的促进作用,其中知识产权运用能力的正向影响最大。外部知识产权保护提升了动漫企业创新效率,强化了知识产权能力对创新效率的积极影响,并且在知识产权管理能力与创新效率关系中的正向作用最为显著。
Based on the 21 province -level panel data of animation enterprise during 2010 -2014, the paper analyses the intellectual property capacity＇s effect on the innovation efficiency from intellectual property creation, application and management, and the role of external intellectual property protection in enhancing innovation efficiency. The results show that the intellectual property capacity has a significant positive effect on the innovation efficiency; the intellectual property applica- tion is on the largest role in promoting innovation efficiency. Further research also shows that external intellectual property protection promotes the improvement of innovation efficiency, and also strengthens the positive impact of intellectual property capacity on innovation efficiency, and the intellectual property protection has the most significant effect on the relationship of between intellectual property management and innovation efficiency.
