摘要
伴随着经济的发展和管理方式的改善,预算控制逐渐发展成为当今企业的一种有效的管理方式。它是通过现代化的管理制度和方法,对企业愿景进行规划和控制,并结合企业的长期目标和短期目标,制定相应的有效方案,实现全员参与和制度化的管理模式。通过制定预算能够有效的提高企业的工作效率,增强市场竞争力,促进企业的发展。文章分析了企业预算控制存在的问题,最后提出企业预算控制的完善建议。
With the development of economy and the improvement of management style,budget control gradually developed into an effective management mode of today＇s enterprises.It is through the modem management system and method of vision of the enterprise planning and control,and combined with the long-term goals and short-term goals of the enterprise,formulate effective solutions,to achieve full participation and institutionalized management mode.We will improve the efficiency of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of the market,and promote the development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise budget control,and finally puts forward some Suggestions for the improvement of the enterprise budget control.
