摘要
针对高浓有机废水生化处理降解困难、效率低、成本高等问题,设计基于闪蒸预处理的生化降解和焚烧综合处理方案,闪蒸汽相冷凝高浓有机废水焚烧处理,闪蒸液相低浓度有机废水生化处理,利用Aspen plus对闪蒸预处理工艺进行分析计算,提出适宜的操作参数。
According to the biochemical treatment of organic wastewater with high concentration of difficult degradation, low efficiency, high cost, the scheme of incineration and biochemical degradation treatment was designed based on pretreatment of evaporation flash. Flash vapor with high concentration organic wastewater was incinerated, and flash liquid with low concentration organic wastewater was treated by the biochemical method. The flash pretreatment process was analyzed by Aspen plus, and reasonable operating parameters are proposed.
