摘要
用LiNbO3作参量晶体、调QNd∶YAG( 1 .0 64μm)激光器做泵源 ,通过求出相位匹配点对有效非线性系数进行数值计算 ,找出有效非线性系数的最大值 ,从而求出该点对应的相位角和方位角 ,确定出进行角度调谐LiNbO3晶体的切割角 在理论计算过程中 ,用计算机模拟 ,得出了OPO的角度调谐曲线、有效非线性系数曲线和参量增益曲线 实验研究中实现了 3 69μm单点参量光输出 。
The theoretical and experimental researching results of 3~5μm angle tuned LiNbO 3 optical parametric oscillator are presented.An integrated theoretical calculating method based on meeting the phasematching condition at the center of tuning range is used.The maximum value of effective nonlinear coefficients is given by numerical calculating of the effective nonlinear coefficients on phase matching points.Corresponding phase angles and azimuthal angles of the maximum effective coefficients can be worked out,so the cutting angles of crystal is determined.In the process of theoretical calculating,angle tuning curve,effective nonlinear coefficients curve and parametric gain curve are set forth by simulated calculating.The angle tuned LiNbO 3 optical parametric oscillator experiment is carried out and parametric wavelength at 3.69μm is observed.The results of experiment agree well with theoretical calculation
