摘要
中央提出"编制统一的空间规划,统领各类规划"后,空间规划成为各级政府进行空间治理和管制土地用途的核心手段。文章以固原市原州区空间规划编制实践为例,分析了原州区国土空间开发存在的问题,通过规划目标、规划方法和规划内容三个方面的转型,系统总结了空间规划编制的特点,以期为其他地区的空间规划编制提供参考。
Since the ＂unified spatial plan＂ required by central government, spatial planning becomes the core measure that manages and controls the space and land-use. The paper takes the spatial plan of Yuanzhou, Guyuan as an example, analyzes the development problems of national land space, bases on the transition of plan goal, method, and content, summarizes the characteristic of spatial plan formulation, and provides a reference to other cities.
