摘要
采用文献资料的方法,通过实地观看比赛、录像回看的方式进行数据收集和分析整理,从进攻和防守两个方面对蒋全2015年全国武术散打锦标赛的技术进行分析,建议今后加强在进攻方面拿技术的加强学习和训练,弥补了技术的薄弱环节,同时也应该加强防守技术的训练。
This article adopts the method of literature, and then through the field to watch the game, and videos back to see the way of data collection and analysis, from the two aspects of offensive and defensive Jiang Quan 2015 national sanshou championship technology were analyzed, suggest that in the future to strengthen in the offense with technology to strengthen learning and training, and makes up the weak link of the technology, but also should strengthen the training of the defense technology.
