摘要
目的探讨臭氧自体血回输疗法对高血压的治疗效果及护理措施。方法选取我院2015年6月至2016年3月住院治疗的580例原发性高血压患者,按照治疗方式将其分为观察组(350例)和对照组(230例)。观察组患者接受臭氧自体血回输疗法联合常规药物治疗,对照组患者进行常规药物治疗,对其护理的注意事项进行归纳总结,并观察臭氧治疗后及患者出院一个月后高血压的控制情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的头痛、头晕、恶心、疲劳、心悸、耳鸣等症状都得到不同程度的缓解,观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的88.26%(P<0.01)。出院时嘱咐两组患者规律服用降压药物维持血压,出院1个月后随访,观察组患者的降压药平均服用剂量明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),且血压控制总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在对高血压患者进行药物治疗的同时,结合臭氧自体血回输疗法治疗,可取得较好效果。
Objective To investigate the effect and nursing of ozone autoblood re-injection in treatment of patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 580 cases of patients with hypertension in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into observation group （350 cases） and control group （230 cases） according to the treatment methods. The observation group received ozone autoblood re-injection treatment based on normal medicine treatment, while the control group received normal medicine treatment. The nursing methods were summarized, and the total effective rates after treatment and 1 month of the discharge between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, palpitation and tinnitus all alleviated to varying degrees. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 88.26% of the control group （P〈0.01）. The patients were all told to take blood pressure medication regularly when got out of the hospital, and follow up was carried out after 1 month of discharge, the results showed that the average dosage of blood pressure medication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and total effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ozone autoblood re-injection treatment based on normal medicine treatment could obtain better efficacy than single medicine treatment in patients with hypertension, and it is safe for the treatment.
