摘要
深化完善政策性银行运行机制是提升社会资金配置总深化完善政策性银行运行机制是推进"十三五"时期金融业全面深化改革的关键环节。然而,目前我国的政策性银行在理论和实践层面都存在诸多问题。本文对政策性银行的本质属性和其产生发展的理论进行了梳理,对深化政策性银行改革的核心问题进行了深入探讨。
