摘要
目的探讨脾胃艾灸疗法联合膳食指导对尿毒症脾虚患者营养状况的影响效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月50例尿毒症脾虚(阴阳两虚证)患者,按照患者入院顺序随机为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=26)。对照组接受肾病治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施脾胃艾灸疗法联合膳食指导,4周为1个疗程,干预3疗程结束后随访3个月,对比两组患者营养状况改善结果。结果两组患者入院时MQSGA主观营养评分差异无统计学意义,干预周期结束及随访时,两组患者MQSGA主观营养评分均明显低于入院时同组得分,但观察组患者干预周期结束及随访时MQSGA主观营养评分均显著低于对照组同时间段得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾胃艾灸疗法联合膳食指导能明显改善尿毒症脾虚患者营养状况,促进患者生命健康水平,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of spleen stomach moxibustion therapy combined with diet instruction on nutritional status of patients with uremia and spleen deficiency. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 50 cases of uremia spleen deficiency（yin and yang two deficiency syndrome） patients, according to the order of patients admitted to the hospital randomly were selectal as control group（n=24） and observation group（n=26）. The control group received the treatment of nephropathy and routine nursing, the observation group basis of spleen and stomach moxibustion therapy combined with dietary guidance, 4 weeks for 1 course, 3 courses of the end of the follow-up 3 months after the intervention, compared two groups of patients with nutritional improvement results. Results There was no difference in MQSGA subjective nutrition scores between the two groups. At the end of the intervention period and followup, the subjective nutritional scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group at the time of admission at MQSGA, but at the end of the intervention period and follow-up, the subjective nutritional scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with the same time score the MQSGA were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The spleen stomach moxibustion therapy combined with diet instruction can obviously improve the nutritional status of patients with uremia and spleen deficiency, promote the life and health level of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
