"实现中国梦,一个民族都不能少。"西藏和四省藏区在实现中国梦的征程中要结合地区实际,走精准扶贫、精准脱贫的藏区脱贫攻坚之路。如何正确理解藏区精准脱贫?如何理解藏区精准脱贫与实现中国梦之间的关系?文章从历史的维度、实践的维度、世界的维度和未来的维度来解读"四省一区"藏区精准脱贫的必然性、正确性、优越性和引领性,以深化人们对这些问题的理论认识,进一步坚定和提升"四省一区"藏区精准脱贫的自觉性和主动性。
＂To realize the Chinese Dream, no nationality will be left behind.＂ For this goal, we must understand the practical situation of the poverty alleviation in Tibet and the Tibetan communities in Sichuan, Yunnan, Gan- su, and Qinghai Province first, and then conduct targeted poverty alleviation there.
