汽车EPS系统的行车工况补偿控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对汽车在常见转向工况时转向的操纵性和安全性不足问题,提出将常见工况补偿控制策略融合到汽车EPS助力控制中,将汽车速度、汽车质量、方向盘左右晃动考虑在内,设计了高速避让、低速满载、颠簸路面3种补偿控制策略;并理论分析加入高速避让、低速满载、颠簸路面3种补偿策略后,方向盘、齿条位移和汽车横摆角速度增减值的变化;最后,通过搭建汽车EPS系统模型和二自由度汽车模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,采用补偿控制策略后,汽车在高速、低速大重量及于凹凸不平的路面行驶时,助力电机目标电流的获取与汽车行驶的内外环境紧密相连,且可随行车条件的改变而适时改变,使汽车EPS系统具有了更好的操纵性和安全性。 This paper is mainly aimed to propose a compensational control strategy for the vehicle Electric Power Steering( EPS) in the common conditions,which can be integrated into a power assistant control strategy scheme. As a matter of fact,it has become more and more important to strengthen the control measures to increase the transportation and traffic safety of the vehicle operation. For this purpose,we have made constant and continuous efforts to identify and determine the three practical compensational control strategies for the purpose,known as the high-speed collision prevention and aversion,lower speed driving with full load,and cautious driving in the poor-conditioned road sections. At the same time,three particularly key indexes should be taken into full account: the speed control,the quality of the vehicle,and the shaking range of the steering wheels. Based on the above mentioned measures proposed,we have worked out a theoretical comparison and analysis of the problems on the change of the drivingdirections,the rack displacement and the vehicle yaw-rate as to the successful implementation of the aforementioned compensation strategies. And,finally,the assumption has been verified by the simulation we have done by building the vehicle EPS systems and the two-degrees-of-freedom vehicle model. The simulation results indicate that,by using the compensation control strategies in the respective conditions of high speed,low speed and the heavy load even on the uneven bumping road sections,the proposed extent of the target current of the motor-booster can be made closely linked with the internal and external conditions of the vehicular devices and the entire system. Furthermore,some certain prompt regulations and adjustments we have brought about here in the paper can be integrated into the whole operational system of the vehicle to solve the urgent situations based on the actual driving conditions and the binding relations in accordance with the proper changes.
