摘要
目的:探讨益肾强筋饮经验方联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗112例膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组患者各56例。对照组患者给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服,观察组患者加用益肾强筋饮经验方联合治疗。通过评价患者关节疼痛、关节功能评分对比两组的临床疗效,监测治疗前后血清细胞因子水平变化。结果:观察组的疗效91.1%与对照组75.0%相比升高显著(χ~2=5.134,P<0.05);经治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、血清IL-1、MMP-9、BMP-7水平均显著下降(P<0.05),Lyshom评分、血清TGF-β水平显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标变化程度比对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用益肾强筋饮经验方联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨性关节炎效果理想,利于缓解关节疼痛、提高关节功能,其机制与通过调控血清IL-1、MMP-9、BMP-7、TGF-β水平而减轻炎性损伤、保护软骨组织有一定相关性。
Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of treating 112 cases of knee osteoarthritis with Yishen Qiangjin Decoction and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules. Methods： 112 patients were randomly divided into controlled group of 56 cases and observation group of 56 cases. Patients in the controlled group were treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule,while patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Qiangjin Decoction on the basis of the controlled group treatment. The research was aimed at comparing the effectiveness by evaluating the knee joint pain and knee function,and monitoring the serum factor levels. Results： The efficiency of the observation group was 91. 1%,which was higher than that of the controlled group 75%（ χ~2= 5. 134,P〈0. 05）; The VAS scores,IL-1,MMP-9 and BMP-7 levels of the observation group were lower than that of the controlled group,while the Lyshom scores and TGF-β levels of the observation group were higher than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Treating knee osteoarthritis patients with Yishen Qiangjin Decoction and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules has curative effect,it can ease joint pain and improve knee function,the mechanism may be associated with regulating the levels of IL-1,MMP-9,BMP-7 and TGF-β to reduce inflammatory damage and protect the cartilage.
