摘要
简要回顾了江苏省环保厅在含氢氯氟烃（HCFC）类消耗臭氧层物质淘汰过程中所取得主要进展，系统介绍了江苏省内企业参与国家泡沫行业HCFC第一阶段淘汰管理计划的具体情况，在此基础上，从企业和环保部门两个层面对后续工作重点进行了分析与展望。
The major progress of HCFCs phase-out achieved by Jiangsu Environmental Protection Department was reviewed. The Jiangsu beneficiary enterprises under HCFC Phase-out Management Plan（HPMP） I of foam in- dustry were introduced. Based on the actual work in recent years, the management focus in following work was ana- lyzed from the prospect of the environmental protection departments and enterprises respectively systematically.
