摘要
为确定水平采空区群条件下矿柱爆破回采的最佳爆破位置,结合陕西某大型金矿残矿回采工程,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,对水平采空区群条件下"锥形"、"腰形"和"倒锥形"3种矿柱回采方案进行模拟研究。结果表明:空区群内待回采矿柱X向的位移变化为"腰形"方案>"锥形"方案>"倒锥形"方案;"腰形"削柱法对2~#、3~#和4~#空区顶板应力影响跨度比分别为50.8%、68.5%和28.5%,均小于其他方案,能够保证空区群的稳定性,说明"腰形"削柱法为矿柱回采最佳爆破位置。研究结果还表明,爆破回采矿柱过程中有塑性区出现,且以拉伸破坏为主,需采取适当的加固措施。
In order to determine the best blasting location of pillar blasting under level goaf group conditions,combined with a large gold ore mining engineering in Shaanxi Province,this article adopts the numerical simulation software FLAC^(3D),and three pillar stoping schemes of "cone","waist"and "inverted cone"are simulated under the condition of level goaf group.The results show that displacement change of X direction of waiting pillar in goaf group is"waisted"program"cone"program"inverted cone"program,the influence span ratio of "waist"cut column method for 2~#,3 ~# and 4~# cavity roof stress is 50.8%,68.5% and 28.5% respectively,are less than other schemes,to ensure stability of goaf group,it shows that"waist"cutting column method is the best blasting position of pillar stoping.The results also show that there is a plastic area in the process of blasting pillar,and tensile failure is the main factor,so proper reinforcement measures should be taken.
