摘要
辽初期通过征伐,中期通过筑城、移民等措施,加强对蒙古高原的统治。版图扩张到了西北蒙古高原,且终其一朝对蒙古高原的羁縻统治,都没有大的变故。而金初期就与蒙古结怨,中期通过减丁、修筑界壕措施经略北疆,如此的经略方针,使金始终没有真正统治过蒙古高原,始终为蒙古所扰,最后更是亡于蒙古。
At the early ruling period,Liao government enhanced their power on the Mongolian Plateau with fortification and immigration.Their territory extended to the northwest of Mongolian Plateau and kept their ruling without turbulence.Jin government contracted enmity with Mongolians at the early period.Although they tried different strategies such as reducing population,building walls,they never ruled the Mongolian Plateau in nature.Jin suffered from the harassment from Mongolia and in the end failed.
