Public security and traffic police are initiator and participant of civilized travel, and far more important, protector of law-abiding travel. For civilized city construction, Jinan traffic police as the main force focused on their duties and took the initiative to form a new pattern of city traffic management with the guidance of the Party committee and government and the collaborative effort between police departments and classifications and social participation. Brave to perform duty and enforce law, it created the Jinan's governance model for elderly mobility scooter, brought about revolution 2.0 at intersections and innovated the police operation mode. New ways and measures of traffic regulation order applied in Jinan deserve to be promoted nationwide. Traffic Management Bureau of the Public Security Ministry convoked a national meeting for regulation of urban traffic order in Jinan on July 13, in which the experience of Jinan's traffic administration work was studied and promoted.
