摘要
耐辐射球菌 (Deinococcusradiodurans)是迄今为止发现的对电离辐射、紫外线、过氧化氢等一些DNA损伤剂都具有极强抗性的微小球菌。研究表明 ,这种独特抗性归因于其具有高效而准确的DNA修复系统。公认的耐辐射球菌有 3种DNA修复方式 :碱基切除修复、核苷酸切除修复和重组修复。对于耐辐射球菌是否具有SOS易错修复尚存争议。染色体DNA的降解和排除细胞外有利于DNA修复的正确和顺利进行。
The bacterium ultraviolet Deinococcus radiodurans is extremely resistant to ionizing radiation, ultraviolet, peroxide and many other agents that damage DNA. Studies show that this resistance is due to Deinococcus radiodurans's extremely proficient and accurate DNA repair process. Our knowledge of this process is rudimentary. There are three types of DNA repair in Deinococcus radiodurans : base excision repair, nucleotide excision repair and recombinational repair. There is argument on whether Deinococcus radiodurans possesses SOS repair. In addition, chromosomal DNA degradation contributes to the accuracy of DNA repair in Deinococcus radiodurans .
