论平衡性训练的特异性

摘要 平衡性训练越来越多地运用在运动员的训练计划中,以提高运动能力和预防损伤。但目前尚不清楚平衡性训练仅提高被训练特定项目的能力,还是提高全面整体的平衡能力。因此,本文采用文献资料法确定经过平衡性训练的项目对未经平衡性训练项目的表现有何种程度的影响,并对后续的研究和训练提出相关建议。 Balance training is involved into training program frequently for performance improvement and injuries prevention. However, it is still unclear whether incorporating balance tasks into a training program increases performance only in these specific tasks or if it affects balance in a more general way. Therefore, this paper discusses the influence of sports with balance training to the performance of sports without the training, and offers related suggestions for future research and training.
